In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the vipph23 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at vipph23.net.
• "vipph23", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the vipph23 online gaming platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player using actual currency (Philippine Peso / ₱).
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, features, promotions, and support services offered through the Platform.

By accessing the vipph23 Platform, creating an Account, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the vipph23 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino-style gambling.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of vipph23, or an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by vipph23 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
7. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

To access the full range of vipph23 Services, you are required to create a registered Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the vipph23 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying vipph23 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Ensuring that your Account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.

vipph23 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

All financial transactions on the vipph23 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). vipph23 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• vipph23 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• vipph23 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification prior to processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the vipph23 Account holder.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Account dashboard.
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before Real Money Funds can be withdrawn.
• vipph23 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

vipph23 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully verified Account in good standing, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• vipph23 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be voided and the associated Account may be terminated.
• Where a Player's Account balance consists of both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds will be used first in gameplay, unless the Player has opted into a specific bonus that dictates otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any Bonus Funds not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Account balance.

All games available on the vipph23 Platform — including but not limited to live casino games, slot machines, bingo, crash games (Triple, Crash Goal), and instant-win titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. vipph23 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, vipph23 will apply its standard disconnection policy, which may result in the round being voided and the wager returned to the Player's balance.
• vipph23 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time studio environments.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• vipph23 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on vipph23's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipph23 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward vipph23 staff or other Players.

All content on the vipph23 Platform — including but not limited to the vipph23 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vipph23 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from vipph23.
• Use the vipph23 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of vipph23's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us through our support channels.

vipph23 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining the security of your Account data. We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to safeguard data transmitted between your device and our servers.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification services) strictly as necessary to deliver our Services, and with regulatory authorities where required by Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipph23 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results caused by technical malfunctions.
• Reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.

vipph23's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Termination by vipph23: vipph23 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, vipph23 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where termination results from Player breach, Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal obligations.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the vipph23 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

vipph23's decision on all gaming-related disputes — including disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

vipph23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
